The fourth day can be challenging as bananas and skim milk becomes the partner that is allowed with the cabbage soup. The fourth day aims to lessen your sweet cravings as you go on a diet.
As can be observed, the first four days are allotted to fruits and vegetable diet. After the period, can then eat meat on the fifth day. This can be chicken or beef, however the amount of food intake is limited to ten to twenty ounces of meat and up to six fresh tomatoes with at least one serving of the cabbage soup.
